Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier volume, weather, customs, address issues, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping delays
Maru Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions.
- Weather or natural events.
- Customs or border processing.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- Missed delivery attempts.
- High-volume holiday or promotional periods.
If your package is delayed, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting support.
Incorrect address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page.
Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed, and we are not responsible for packages lost or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate address provided at checkout.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, Maru Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier.
International orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
